Dear Customer,

According to Italian legislation, all those who in any way store the personal data of others are obliged to protect this data according to specific measures.

Registering on our Internet site implies inserting certain personal data. The following regulates the storage of that data.

Your rights are listed in Article 7 of the Legislative decree n.196 of 30/06/2003, which for your convenience is reproduced here in its entirety.


1) Definition.

By “storage” of data, it is meant the collection, registration, processing and storage of that data both electronically and on paper.


2) Purpose of storage.

Your data will be stored for the sole pur pose of permitting access to the reserved area of this web site for the viewing and downloading of films, photographs, documents and catalogues and any other information which is made available. Following your consent, your data will also be used to send you our newsletter or/and other communications.


3) Method of storage.

Your data will be stored either manually or by automated system strictly for the purposes stated above. All measures will be taken to ensure the safekeeping of your data and that there is no unauthorised access to that data.


4) Nature of storage.

Inserting your data on the web site is entirely voluntary, however, failing to do so will not allow you to register on the site and therefore not allow access to the reserved area of the site.


5) Distribution of your data.

Our company will only distribute your data to its own staff and/or partners and strictly for the purposes stated above. Your data may be distributed to the Public Authorities should this be required and mandatory.

Your personal data will be stored by the company for the above mentioned reasons for a period of five years, after which they will be deleted from the company’s data base.


6) The agent responsible.

The agent responsible for storage and handling of your data is Sozzi Arredamento s.r.l. and its legal representative pro tempore. Its registered address is Via Roma 47, Lecco, Italy. The agent may in the future nominate a person who will be responsible for your data in which case you will be informed as required by legislation.


7) Your rights.

Article 7 – right of access to personal data and other rights:

1. You have the right to confirm the existence or otherwise of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and the communication thereof in understandable form

2. You have the right to obtain information concerning:
a) the origin of the personal data
b) the pur pose and means of storage
c) the method applied in the case of data stored electronically
d) the identity of the agent responsible and/or those nominated by the agent in accordance with article 5, comma 2.
e) the subjects to whom the data may be distributed or who may have access to such data.

3. You have the right to:
a) update or rectify the data as necessary
b) cancel or the transform into anonymous form any data stored in violation of the law including those for which the storage is not necessary for the purposes stated
c) have certified that the operations stated in a and b above have been transmitted to all those to whom your data has been distributed except in the case in which doing so is either not possible or would require the use of means disproportionate to the rights being protected.

4. You may oppose totally or partially;
a) to the storage of your personal data for legitimate reasons even those pertinent to the pur pose of their collection
b) the storage of personal data for the pur pose of the sending of advertising material or for direct sales or for market research or other types of commercial communications.
