In mahogany with inlaid stripes in ramin and in ramin with inlaid stripes in mahogany, available with the central part of the shelves in leather. What is fascinating is the interlocking of the shelves on the nickel-plated steel structure, free of mechanical constraints and the result of very refined cabinet-making work. The simple refinement of the solutions suggests that "Custode del tempo" was already born this way. But, from the overall architecture to the most minute detail, this bookcase is the result of continuous rethinking, of going back and forth, in a constant search for balance between the constructive necessity of the craftsman and the free experimentation of the artist, exploded in the final product.
