Oscar marks another collaboration between Bottega Ghianda and Norwegian designer Lars Beller Fjetland. The latter designed for Bottega Ghianda the well-known Oxford Racers collection, which features innovative reproductions of cars realized in wooden and leather. The structure of this stool is able to fully express the potential and the strength of solid wood of oak. An object that is too often treated as a “makeshift chair” is turned into an elegant throne here, by a minimalistic design. The seating is made of leather, with elegant ecru stitchings, meticulously hand-made by the mastery craftsmen.
