Designed by Lars Beller Fjetland, following his passion for classic cars and exquisite handmade leather goods, the Oxford Racers collection gets its name from the manufacturing process that bares resemblance to traditional shoe making. Woodcraft specialists at Bottega Ghianda painstakingly assemble these delicate objects, hand finished and covered with exquisite Italian veg-tan leather before being paired with matching wooden and bronze wheels. Each step is performed with an uncompromising level of masterly craftsmanship and material know - how. Lars Beller and Romeo Sozzi, both car enthusiasts, decided that the debut collection should focus on celebrating both past and future with two iconic models (BG-1 and BG-2).
